Included in this segment is the Bria Cityville and the Bria Condos — two developments that exemplify the concept of inner-city development, a concept that Bria Homes is actively marketing to its customers. These inner-city developments are actually pocket developments situated near major towns or cities. An example are the condominium projects found in Cagayan de Oro. The whole project is composed of seven buildings with each building having 80 units. The price per unit ranges from P1.2 to P1.8 million.”
