1. Tofu Teriyaki

            Preparation time: 25-30 minutes

            Ingredients:              6 pieces of small tofu

                                             3 eggs

                                             Oil

                                             Bread crumbs

                                             Chopped Green pepper

                                             Cloves of garlic, minced

                                             3 tbsp of soy sauce

                                             2 tbsp sugar

                                             1 tbsp vinegar

                                             2 pieces of sarsaya

                                             1 tbsp of sesame seeds

Cooking instructions:

  1. Slice the tofu into rectangle shapes and then set them aside.
  2. Beat the egg and then dip the tofu.
  3. Roll the tofu in the bread crumbs.
  4. Put oil in the cooking pan and then deep fry the tofu. Wait until it turns to golden brown and then set aside.
  5. Sauté the chopped green pepper and then put the 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 pack of Sarsaya and then mix all together.
  6. When it turns gooey, you can now add this to your tofu. 
  7. Add sesame seeds as toppings. Your tofu teriyaki is ready to serve!

2. Chicken Adobo

            Preparation time: 25-30 minutes

            Ingredients:             ¼ chopped chicken

                                            Cloves of garlic, minced

                                            1 piece of onion, minced

                                            Chopped Green pepper

                                            1 tbsp ginger, minced

                                            2 tbsp of vinegar

                                            4 tbsp of sugar

                                            5 tbsp of soy sauce

                                            2 tsp of ground black pepper

                                            1 cup of water

Cooking instructions:

  1. Put oil in the cooking pan. Sauté the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green pepper. 
  2. Add the chopped chicken. Mix well, and then wait until it turns golden brown.
  3. After that, add the 2 tsp of ground black pepper, 5 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of vinegar, 1 cup of water, 4 tbsp of sugar, and then mix all together.
  4. When the sauce turns thick, you can now serve your chicken adobo for your lunch. 

3. Braised Spam

            Preparation time: 25-30 minutes

            Ingredients:              1 can of spam

                                             2 tbsp of soy sauce

                                             2 tbsp of water

                                             2 tbsp of calamansi

                                             1 spoon of minced garlic

                                             1 tbsp of dark brown sugar

                                             ¼ teaspoon of black ground pepper

Cooking instructions:

  1. Mix the soy sauce, water, calamansi, minced garlic, dark brown sugar, and black ground pepper, and then set aside.
  2. Slice the spam into a rectangle shape and then fry it. Wait until it turns golden brown.
  3. Once the spam is cooked, add the mixture of all the ingredients and let it simmer until it turns gooey. When it boils, your braised spam is ready to eat.

4. Ground Pork Paella

            Preparation time: 25-30 minutes

            Ingredients:              ¼ ground pork

                                             2 tbsp of minced onion

                                             2 tbsp of minced garlic

                                             2 tsp of black ground pepper

                                             1 small pack of mixed veggies

                                             1 pack of magic sarap

                                             3 cups of rice

                                             Oil

Cooking instructions:

  1. Wash the ground pork first and then rinse thoroughly, then set aside.
  2. Put oil in the cooking pan.
  3. Next, sauté onion and garlic and wait until it turns golden brown.
  4. Put the ground pork into the pan and mix it up together.
  5. After 3 minutes, put 2 tsp of black ground pepper and then half of the pack of magic sarap. Taste it if it’s okay with your taste buds.
  6. Mix well until the ground pork turns golden brown, and then add the mixed veggies.
  7. Thoroughly mix the ground pork and mix veggies, and wait a few minutes to cook the veggies.
  8. Next will be the rice. Put oil in the pan, fry the rice, and then add magic sarap.
  9. After that, mix the rice and ground pork, and there you have it! Your ground pork paella.

5. Egg Drop Soup

            Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

            Ingredients:             1 tbsp of minced onion

                                            1 tbsp of minced garlic

                                            3 cups of water

                                            1 tsp of black ground pepper

                                            1 pack of misua

                                            1 pork cubes

                                            2 eggs

Cooking instructions:

  1. Sauté the garlic and onion.
  2. Add 3 cups of water and 1 tsp of black ground pepper.
  3. Wait until the water boils and then put the misua. 
  4. Stir well, and then add 1 pork cube.
  5. When the misua is cooked, beat the 2 eggs and add to the soup.
  6. Stir constantly until it thickens. Once it reduces, you can now put it in a bowl and enjoy your lunch.
