The Villar Social Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Governance (SIPAG) happily announces the resumption of its OFW and Family Summit, its much-anticipated annual event that was temporarily halted by the pandemic.
Bearing the theme “Bagong Simula sa Sariling Bansa,” the 11th OFW and Family Summit will be held on November 18, at 8:00 a.m., at The Villar Tent in Vista Global South in Las Pinas City. The event expects to draw the attendance of business owners, government agencies, franchise operators, and other investment experts, all of whom seek to offer financial advice and counseling to OFWs and their families for the management of their hard-earned resources.
BRIA Homes, the Villar group’s leading housing developer in the affordable sector, will of course extend its full support for the objectives of the summit, especially since Overseas Filipino Workers, the modern-day heroes of our country, have always been incredibly important to them.
Having acquired a flair for sound property acquisitions, our hardworking overseas workers, who once only dreamt of buying their own homes, are now actually making it happen. OFWs are widely acknowledged as having become more financially savvy, placing their money in real estate—a secure, tangible asset that is resistant to the whims of the times, including global health crises and extreme weather disturbances.
BRIA’s quality homes of choice represent wise investments for OFWs looking for stylishly designed and solidly built houses as primary domiciles for their families or as passive-income-generating investments. This is just one of the exciting opportunities that await OFWs who will sign up for the summit.
Participants at Villar’s Sipag Summit will also have the chance to win exciting prizes from participating brands—from household appliances to pangkabuhayan showcases, and even a house and lot unit as a grand prize. Interested attendees can register now via Villar SIPAG’s website.
